How to use FTP:

1. Click internet explorer.

2. Type ftp://75.127.163.243 in the address bar.

3. After you press Enter, it will ask for user name and password.

4. If it is your first time using the Memory Link web server, you can use the Guest folder. ( Username: guest, Password: guest)

5. Use user name and password given by Memory Link (Call us to set up a folder)

6. You are in the Memory Link web server.

7. Copy and paste the files you want upload.

8. Be patient. It is not as fast as your hard drive.

9. If there is an error, try again. Speed depends on internet situation.

10. After uploading, double check to make sure every file is uploaded.

After UPLOADING:

1. Check every file is uploaded properly.

2. Nobody knows how many and what kind of job it is, unless you specify. Use notepad to give us specific job descriptions (Quantity, Size, # of albums, and special instructions, etc.)

3. Please type date and customer name for each folder. This will help us identify which order it is when you call and ask for the status.

4. After you complete uploading your files, CALL US at 516.625.9600 to confirm the order. We will not process your order until you call and confirm.
